Maximum resilience across regions
Droplets split across two regions with a standby managed database, Media Space (DB and Media separately host) and cross-region traffic management. Survives a full datacenter outage. Horizontal scaling (CPU & RAM only, not storage). During a certain time if the resource spike. DC will charge additionally for that certain time. e.g: The actual metering is per‑second up to a maximum of 2 419 200 seconds (28 days). So, if the Droplet is normally $84 / month and “spike” the CPU/RAM (by expanding to a larger size or adding containers) only for 2 hours, twice a month. Additionally, $0.50 will charge.
