Dual Droplet — Same Region
Two droplets behind a Fail-Over load balancer (active-passive) with a managed database, all in the same region. Removes the single-server failure risk only for region. But If the Region goes down the load balancer will not work. Droplets split across same regions with a standby managed database and Media Space (DB and Media separately host). Horizontal scaling (CPU & RAM only, not storage). During a certain time if the resource spike. DC will charge additionally for that certain time. e.g: The actual metering is per‑second up to a maximum of 2 419 200 seconds (28 days). So, if the Droplet is normally $84 / month and “spike” the CPU/RAM (by expanding to a larger size or adding containers) only for 2 hours, twice a month. Additionally, $0.50 will charge.
